Candy Washington.
Candy Washington is a Georgetown alumna with a B.A. in Philosophy. She credits her approach to screenwriting to the invaluable insights that she gained through her experience of working with Emmy award-winning writer, producer, and actor, Lena Waithe.
She executive produced, wrote, and starred in the film, Narcissist, which is available on Amazon Prime Video and SofyTV.
Candy also enjoys partnering with like-minded brands on meaningful social media campaigns in beauty, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle.
As an on-camera talent, she also played a lead role in The Salon which was produced by Kelsey Grammer and Tom Russo, and won Best Comedic Ensemble at the Indie Series Awards.
Candy’s published five books and hosts a popular iHeartRadio podcast called, 'Sugar Pills: A Practical Guide to Self-Care,' which was named a “Podcast We Love” by Elizabeth Banks’ WhoHaha network of inspiring women.
Additionally, she volunteers at the LA Covenant House for at-risk youth when she’s not bingeing true crime podcasts in her spare time.
